1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are provided only when:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide order details and proof of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Intimate wear (lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits)
- Beauty or cosmetic items
- Personalized/custom items
- Final sale items
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos/video of the issue
- We will issue a refund or send a replacement
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend a trackable shipping method
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
